Winter Lunch

Venue:  Southgate Community Centre, £22.50 for a three course meal, including a glass of wine. Entertainment by:

Dickens' Doubles

Charles Dickens was a master at creating the most theatrical and comical of characters, many of them paired up to make perfect double acts. Local professional theatre-makers Tim Welton & Lynn Whitehead (a double-act in real-life too) present a selection for your delight - some very familiar, others more surprising.

Spring Open-House Coffee Morning

Venue: Unitarian Meeting House, Churchgate Street.

Enjoy a free coffee & cake in the company of other members

Thursday 14th May.  

Excursion to Diss and Bressingham Gardens and Museum.

Morning visit to historical Diss, coffee and cake on arrival at the Corn Exchange followed by optional guided tour of this recently restored part of Diss's heritage. Free time after to explore. Afternoon visit to famous Bressingham Gardens and Museum.

£22.50 per person.

Annual General Meeting

Venue: United Reform Church 7.00 pm start.  

Guest speaker to be advised.

Finger buffet and a glass of wine

Thursday 16th July.  

Excursion to Gt. Yarmouth and Somerleyton Hall.

Morning visit to 'Time and Tide' Museum with cake and coffee upon arrival.  Afternoon visit to Somerleyton Hall with guided tour of the historic house. £35.00 per person.

Heritage Open Days.

Event to be advised.  

Thursday 15th October.  

Evening visit to the Police Museum, Martlesham.

A fascinating tour of the collections held at police headquarters reflecting policing and crime over the last 200 years. £17.00 per person.
